The Steel City Mafia sponsored pep rally event is finalized and the special guest will be former Steeler Yancey Thigpen, from the 90s teams.  The pep rally will be held this Saturday and start at around noon.  Yancey will be doing his autograph signing sessions from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, but we expect he will be hanging around afterwards too.  Yancey also mentioned his current plans are to watch the game at the Bucket too, just like Frenchy Fuqua did in November 2009, so we'll see....     

  We also have a good blues-based band that starts at 8:30pm Saturday night.  And besides the attached SCM event flyer, check out the Rusty Bucket web site ... www.the-rusty-bucket.com which has details on our Home Page, including special hotel rates for the Hampton Inn & Suites (1/2 mile) and Best Western (2 blks).   We also have had media outlets contacting us and giving plugs in the Pittsburgh market, so not sure where that will lead....?

  And of course the game day thing at the Bucket still is the same as usual.  Food specials this week will include hot sausage from Tony's Meats.  We expect a great turnout of the Steeler Nation at the Bucket on Saturday for the pep rally!  See yinzers daayn there n'at.
